Modern electronic designs require ever higher power density with reduced space requirements – without compromising on safety and reliability. The FPR fuse holder was developed precisely to meet these requirements. It offers an impressive 30% higher power consumption with the same footprint as the well-established FPG4 series. This means more thermal load capacity without taking up additional space on the PCB. RGB LEDs can be controlled either via a common anode (+) or a common cathode (–). While with common cathode all negative poles are connected together and the colours are controlled individually via the positive pole, the common anode variant does the opposite: all positive poles are connected, and the colour channels are switched separately to ground.

The SCHURTER EDC (Electronic Direct Current) switch was specifically engineered for the reliable switching of direct current in compact systems. It combines the mechanical precision of a microswitch with integrated power electronics. The result of SCHURTER's new development: completely arc-free. Arcing is one of the greatest safety risks when switching direct current. These are completely eliminated by an intelligent switching architecture. When the contact is opened, the integrated electronics detect the disconnection process at an early stage and interrupt the current in a controlled manner before an arc can occur. This protects both the system and the environment from damage caused by sparking or EMC interference.
MSS-IO: Electronic Switch with IO-Link InterfaceWith the MSS-IO, SCHURTER is entering the field of bidirectional communication via switches in industrial automation. The MSS-IO is based on the successful SCHURTER MSS electronic switch, which has been expanded to include an IO-Link module. The MSS-IO switch from SCHURTER is based on wear-free resistance measurement and completely avoids mechanical components. Instead of capacitive technology, a precise change in electrical resistance is used for switch detection: sensitive enough to detect the smallest changes in pressure, robust enough for industrial series processes. Ultra-rugged, precise and easy to integrate.

SCHURTER launches a new 3-phase filter series for DIN rail mounting. Thanks to the slim housing (44 mm), it takes up very little space on the mounting rail in the control cabinet. The single-stage filter is available with standard or high attenuation. A metal base plate ensures an excellent ground connection to the rail. Space is almost always at a premium in control cabinets for industrial applications in the 3-phase range (e.g. motor drives, control systems). SCHURTER addresses this problem with a complete new filter design that is just 44 mm in width. The new, single-stage filter series is constructed with a printed circuit board in a plastic housing. It has screw terminals for the three phases and a terminal on the metal base plate for the earth connection.
FPBB RAIL: DIN Rail FilterFilters for DIN rail mounting have been known for some time. It is important to achieve maximum filter performance with minimal installation space. Since the filter for EMC protection of the controller is located very close to the power supply of the device or system, it also makes sense to integrate overcurrent and over-voltage protection here. The FPBB RAIL was developed precisely to meet these requirements and thus represents a unique concept that combines the expertise of EMC protection with that of overcurrent protection. This makes it possible, to use this filter in an optimal way for space-saving installation in the control cabinet thanks to its compact design.

Protection against dirt particles and moisture is becoming increasingly important. With product type 5180 and the associated V-Lock power cord, SCHURTER is launching an IP54 device connection that meets even the most demanding requirements. The newly developed SCHURTER 5180 is an appliance inlet with filter in accordance with IEC 60320 and IEC 60529. Thanks to several seals, the built-in device plug provides IP67 protection for the housing. In combination with the corresponding V-Lock power cord, a protection rating of IP54 is achieved when plugged in. This rating offers excellent protection against dust particles and is splash-proof.
4799: IEC Connector C19 for Cable Mounting with V-LockThe 4799 rewireable IEC connector from SCHURTER is the first of its kind: it combines a rewireable C19 connector with the proven V-Lock cord retention system. Fast reaction time is an important factor in opening a new market for a device. Rewireable connectors are particularly flexible and especially suitable for small series of mains cables to enable exactly this. These connectors give you the freedom to choose the right cable with a country-specific plug.

The SCHURTER DG11 power entry module, which has been optimised and proven over many years, is now available in a version with an additional magnetic release to protect against very high overcurrents (short circuit) at the integrated TA35 circuit breaker. Circuit breakers are usually designed according to the thermal principle with a bimetal. If a defined temperature is exceeded due to the overcurrent, the circuit is interrupted. Once the bimetal has cooled down, the device is ready for use again. However, this process is very slow. For this reason, thermal circuit breakers are usually combined with a fuse.

Hackrf Pro Cirket Version

Long LED PCBA, length more than 1500 mm, are widely used in building wall, bridge, shopping mall, road tunnel, and some others lighting construction projects. Shenzhen Cirket Electronics Co.,Ltd has setup 3 SMT lines for long PCB assembly. Our solder paste printer can print up to 1800 mm length PCB. Pick and place machine and board conveyor longer than normal too. We have added additional track on both side of YAMAHA pick and place machine, and place a 500 mm length PCB conveyor between two mounting machine. Then each machine can mount component on half of the long PCB.
As the board is long, the pad position tolerance will be bigger than normal PCB. Thus it need PCB factory to provide high precision board. Stencil need use good steel sheet to keep enough stretching force. A strong and stable solder paste printer work platform can fix stencil strongly to make sure all solder paste are printed to the correct place on PCB pad. Our factory has rich experience in all producing process.

Our factory, Shenzhen Cirket, has produced a SDR project recently which require high mastery of complex PCBA processes. This production involves a 10-layer PCB with Isola 370HR material, specifically processed to maintain structural integrity at a high Tg of 180°C. A key process challenge we successfully managed is the diverse copper weight distribution—ranging from 0.5 oz to 1.5 oz across different layers—ensuring consistent plating quality and thermal performance.
For interconnect reliability, we utilised advanced copper-filled thru-via technology. These vias are plated over to create a perfectly flat surface, which is critical under high-density contactor areas. Furthermore, we applied an ENEPIG surface finish. This specific process provides a superior, flat interface that is exceptionally friendly to fine-pitch BGA soldering, eliminating the risks of 'black pad' and enhancing joint strength. These sophisticated processes reflect our commitment to delivering reliable, high-end PCBA solutions.
The BGA ball space for this board is 0.25 mm. We use high reliability Alpha tin with 3% silver as solder paste. Too active solder paste can make short circuit very easily at small BGA ball space. Thus a proper oven temperature chart is very critical. We have controlled 0.1% NG board in mass production.

VSG200 20GHz Vector Signal Generator
The VSG200 features a low phase noise, agile local oscillator with 200 µs switch time, enabling frequency hopping spread spectrum testing. A dual 14-bit DAC runs at 2x or 3x the I/Q symbol rate using digital oversampling to provide a flat, clean baseband; and a digitally adjustable internal VCTCXO ensures frequency errors are kept to a minimum over temperature, or an external 10 MHz input may be used for zero ppm frequency error.
